People are drooling over a leak of Drake rapping over a Lauryn Hill sample.
A veritable bootleg of Drake rapping over a Lauryn Hill sample has put the Twitterverse on instant notice. Drake was in the headlines yesterday as news broke of his next single being close to complete. Fact remains, fans have yet to grow tired of his last offering. The information leak which brought about the title “Showin Off,” has sparked a goose hunt for rough stencils. Lucky enough for fans, a real roughshod version of the single has emerged.
In the audio clips making the rounds on Twitter, drake repeats the chorus : “You’re showin’ off, but it’s alright. You’re showin’ off, but it’s alright and it’s a short life,” over what appears to be a sample of Lauryn Hill’s “Ex Factor.”
Drake has long expressed his admiration for Lauryn Hill, having previously sampled “Doo-Wop (That Thing)” on “Draft Day,” and inviting her on stage at 2014’s OVO Fest in Toronto. Drake certainly has a knack for putting his paw prints on nearly everything in sight, but all will be forgiven if he can somehow pull the legendary Ms. Hill out for a tune-up. All the media associated with this news leak must be taken at face value, until stamped with authenticity.

Popular rapper Logic just broke the back with his new deal he signed with Def Jam. Logic who originally signed to Def Jam for only $200,000 a couple years ago just got a new deal. Def Jam re signed Logic for $30 Million dollars.
You ask why? Well Logic is the 5th most streamed artist ever on Spotify according to streaming stats.
Major congrats are in order for Logic who set the bar high with this one.
It seems all good news brings bad news. A few weeks ago we broke the story that Nas made over $40 Million dollars off his RING investment which recently sold to Amazon for over $1 Billion dollars.
It seems Nas’s ex Kelis also caught the good news. Kelis who was married to Nas and had a kid with him, now wants more child support money per year. Kelis claims that the $100,000 she gets a year isnt enough anymore.
Kelis is now threatening Nas with his son and she claims she will not let Nas see his son until she gets more money.
Kelis called Nas and his lawyer Navid Moshtael a “fattie” and a “dick.”

A few weeks ago Gucci Mane and his camp leaked that Lil Pump was signing to Gucci’s 1017 label for almost $10 Million dollars. Well it seems that was false. Last night news was broke that Lil Pump is signing with Warner Bros for $ 8 Million dollars.
The rumor is that Gucci did not come thru and the deal was held up, so Pump and his team felt Gucci was not realiable and did not have the resources of a major label like Warner Bros.
The contract stipulates that Lil Pump will receive an $8 million advance, followed by $9,000 for the first year, $12,000 for the second year, and $15,000 for years three through seven.
Pump will also receive 14% royalties in the U.S., with certain provisions giving him up to 66% royalties depending on the format.
Congrats are definitely in order for Lil Pum and his Tha Lights Global team.
Kanye West has not been the same for almost two years. It seems Kanye has officially lost it. Pictures surfaced this weekend which shows Kanye West rocking Pink hair.
It has been a joke on social media that Kanye is under the Kardashian spell and people jokingly says he needs to “Get Out” like the movie.
Family and Friends also revealed to us that Kanye is heavily addicted to cocaine right now and he is a shell of himself and they fear that this may kill him or fully destroy his creative making ways.

Rumor going around the industry we just caught wind of is that instagram model Bernice Burgos is pregnant with Quavo’s baby and T.I. is furious. A close source to Bernice told us that this past NBA Allstar weekend in LA T.I. got word of the pregnancy and was pissed off.
If you didnt know, Bernice Burgos is the long time side piece of T.I. and she almost broke up his marriage with his wife Tiny. T.I. was reportedly so close to leaving tiny for Bernice. Well now Bernice is over being the side piece it seems and got hooked up with Quavo.
Bernice people say Quavo truly adores and loves her and treats her like a wifey. Bernice is very happy with Quavo and they are going to keep the baby.
